Some of you may know that I am makeup freak. I love to learn about makeup techniques. Some my favorite go-to makeup gurus  on youtube are  xteeener,  Michelle Phan and Promise Phan.

Xteeener gives great makeup and beauty tips with  mostly drugstore products – and that’s why she’s sooo popular. She shares her fashion sense which appeals to many but it’s just not my style…maybe it’s because of our age difference. She’s YOUNG!

Michelle Phan gives good makeup and beauty tips too with mostly Lancome products. Recently, she has taken makeup videos to a higher level by directing a makeup video – Catch My Heart. It’s a makeup video tutorial embedded in a short love story.

Promise Phan does really really good celebrity inspired looks. You should check it out. Her makeup is on the heavy side for me but like all the other videos, you got to take it with a pinch of salt, learn her makeup techniques and enjoy her transformations.

So whenever I have a makeup or beauty product or technique inquiry like which best makeup primer to use or which eyelash growth products are recommended, I’d go to these makeup gurus!
