sibling rivalry

It’s nice to see the kids having fun together. I noticed that the way they behave when they are together have changed abit. When Aidan is upset, Ashley will actually try to make Aidan happy by making funny faces at him until that cry of his takes a turn for the giggles. Similarly, when Ashley’s the one who is upset, Aidan will try to console his sister by passing her something which would comfort him - his bolster. He’d offer the bolster to Ashley and say, “Cheh-cheh? Na.”

At times, Aidan will want whatever Ashley gets her hands on. Sometimes, I find this ridiculous especially when there was one time when  I passed them each a bottle of 8 oz of milk,  Aidan insisted on wanting  the milk bottle which Ashley was holding although it was exactly the same bottle with the same amount of milk!! He just didn’t want to lose out to his big sister!!!!
