Cheongsams for Toddlers in Malaysia

Ashley is 11yo and no longer seeks my advice when it comes to dressing up but nevermind. I still have my Amelie who’s willing to wear anything that I put on her ūüôā This Chinese New Year, she got to wear 4 cheongsams and I love all of them!

I love these batik cheongsams. In fact I fell in love with them when I was in confinement after I gave birth to Amelie in Oct 2014  and since the smallest size were for toddlers, I bought them anyway and 2 Chinese New Years later, voila! I love them! She looks like mak nenek but I still love her wearing them! These batik cheongsams are from Peekabookids. I am not sure if they are still in business or not but you can check them out on Facebook and inquire.

This cheongsam is from my dear friend and neighbour, PL. This was once worn by her daughter, Kayley and it has not been handed down to dear Amelie. Thank you PL!!! She looks so adorable in it! Very ‘ong’!

This pink number is from my parents. ¬†It’s a 2-piece outfit – cheongsam top with a tutu-like skirt. This outfit is from Tesco.

It was very fun dressing her up in them. I’ll now start looking for baju kurungs for her now for Hari Raya! Hurry up ¬†dramaqueen and come out with your new collection at Kupu-Kupu¬†already!
